Healthcare and senior-living cleanouts require a different cadence than regular commercial junk hauling. The family or facility is often in the middle of a hard transition: a resident downsizing to a smaller unit, a hospice family clearing a loved one's apartment, an assisted-living community turning over a unit between residents. Our crew is trained for this work specifically. We hold sentimental items for family review, photograph items before they leave, coordinate with case managers, and follow the facility's chain-of-custody requirements for any documentation or personal effects. We work with several senior-living communities in the Capital Region on a recurring basis, typically 1 to 3 unit turnovers per month per community. We carry a Certificate of Insurance compatible with healthcare facility requirements. For the medical-equipment side, we coordinate with specialty handlers for sharps, controlled-substance containers, and biohazard materials. We route those out and handle everything else.

Pricing

Standard flat-rate truck-load pricing ($129 minimum, up to $549 full truck). Senior-living communities with recurring turnover work qualify for net-15 billing and per-unit pricing arrangements. Hospice families often pair this with /scenarios/estate-cleanout pricing. Same approach, sometimes spread over multiple visits.
