We coordinate directly with you or with your staging company. The seller doesn't need to be involved in scheduling. For estate-sale work, we arrive after the sale is over (typically Sunday evening) and clear whatever didn't sell so the property is broom-clean for Monday photos. We hold sentimental items for the family if anything turns up that wasn't sold, and route donations to local nonprofits with itemized receipts for the estate's tax filings.
